BETTER POSTURE

4. Be Mindful of Your Posture: Throughout the day, check in with your posture. Make sure your ears are aligned with your shoulders, and your shoulders are aligned with your hips. Avoid slouching or leaning to one side.


5. Stay Active: Engage in activities like yoga, tai chi, or other exercises that focus on body awareness and strengthening the core muscles.
