That’s where SMART goals come in. What Are SMART Goals? SMART is an acronym that stands for: S pecific – Clearly define what you want to achieve. M easurable – Track your progress with concrete criteria. A chievable – Set realistic and attainable goals. R elevant – Align your goal with your broader life or work priorities.
